My daydreams are the web I weave to deceive my brain, and ultimately, escape my reality. After all, isn’t happiness the lies we create to make it through life? – Luella Parker

Disappointed by people her whole life, shy and introverted Luella Parker prefers the company of her dreams and books instead.

Stuck in a dead end job with a boss who resented her presence, Luella longed for an escape from her solitary reality. Her wild fantasies provided her that exodus.

A dropped book on a bench changes everything. After a stranger tries to return the book she left behind, Fletcher Stevens approaches her for more. He offers her a life altering proposition.

Fletcher’s proposal would allow her to bring all of her wicked desires to life. As Fletcher and Luella explore her kinky wishes through their arrangement.

Could this be all of her dreams coming true, becoming a My Fair Lady of Kink?

Sure it's fun to read about and fantasize about, buy how many of you would actually do THAT stuff?

As you all know, I write erotica.
Erotica that delves into the realms of BDSM, D/s, S&M, kink...
When I became an author, I found myself in many book groups.
Many of these groups are women who love to read erotica.
There is always lively discussion, jokes, humor, the latest read, pictures, lust of a character, and more.
However, it never fails in a group that the above question comes up.

It seems unbelievable to more women than I thought, that couples partake of the kinky stuff in real life. This is where I usually pop up and shatter their illusions with my quip, humor, and talk of my collection and what activities that I actually am involved in.
They are normally, first, a little shocked, then curious.
Here's the thing, I answer the questions.
I post links, give links to very reputable sites, and post pics and my experiences.

I think that so many of us that enjoy alternative sexual lifestyles have hidden for far too long. What I have learned is that many people are not going to run after you with burning torches and scream, "SHAME!!" at you. Does this mean I fly my flag all over the place? No.
I know there are people with different sensibilities where my thoughts on nipple clamps, gag balls, spanking implements, bondage devices would not be appreciated.
However, I love sharing any little bit of knowledge that I have learned.

I recently divulged to a very few close friends that we do actually do many of 'those' things that I write about. If nothing else, when I began publishing, it opened our world even more. My SO was more than happy to continue to explore further than we had been in the past.
He jokes, "If you're going to write about XYZ, you should have the experiences behind it to portray it accurately." So, now, whenever a new idea pops into my head, off we go to buy the new gadget. Or if I find something crazy on the web, well, let's give it a go!

I find that in my new works, I am sprinkling tips and advice more throughout my stories.

And yes, I love a spanking. I find it arousing. Sometimes it's just to alleviate my pent up anger or anxiety. It works for me. I like surprise attacks when I am going about normal everyday chores.
And as you've seen, I love many, many implements of pleasure, as I usually share ours with you about them.

So, yes, I would actually do it, and I do.

Peace, joy!
Stay Kinky My Friends!
xoxo

Sometimes, you're just not in the mood.

And you know what?
That's okay.

You can be a highly sexual being, who loves kink, and it does not mean you are turned up 24/7, seven days a week. It's completely normal to not feel like having sex, of any sort from time to time.
Stress, health, fatigue, or just blah's are only a few factors that contribute to this.
And your partner has to recognize that.
It happens.
As corny as it sounds, when that happens to me, the best thing my partner does is stops, and just is affectionate with me.
Cuddles, hugs, a soft kiss on the head, or just holds me.
You can be intimate and express your connection during those times without the pressure to perform.

I don't want this blog to be all the best points of sex.
Sometimes, I will point out the true everyday 'stuff.'
Because life is not perfect, but we can make it the best that it can be for us, including our intimate relationships.

Love & Joy,
JLE

Tails...Bling for your bum

It may or may not be known that I have a fascination with butt plugs.
It should be clear as I stuck one on the cover of my first book, subtly.
My collection is wide and varied.
Today, I wanted to talk about one of my pretty pony tails.
(We'll get into the bunny tail another day <- disaster with lube)

Aren't they pretty?
And you can do kitty play with them too.
For those who worry, the tail actually is removable from the glass plug, which makes for easy cleaning of both parts.

The glass is very comfortable, and the size of the one I was given is a perfect fit.
Now to those who are skeptical, you don't have to be into pet play to have fun with a tail.
It can be all about a new sensation play.
The long tail is super soft, and there is definitely something to be said about the swishing of it against your skin, the back of your thighs, against your butt cheeks, even the sides of your thighs or your lower back if you get to swinging it around.
-Which I may or may not have done goofing around with it while enjoying some other attention from a hand doing a few extra smacks, or you know something.

(Not mine, but pretty much looks like this)

And they come so many colors!

Besides, who says everything kinky has to be intense or serious.
These are fun, cute, sexy, and a little quirky.
So, really play when you play.
It's okay to laugh  while you f%#k after all.
Enjoy your bedroom recreation on another level of fun.

Sensory Deprivation?

Yay or nay?
I know some people are completely against it.
They do not like their whole face covered, perhaps feel claustrophobic, suffocated.
And I totally get that, but I find it can be a complete new experience.
Have you tried a sensory deprivation suit?

Looks weird, right?
Let's look at it in a different way.
Imagine not knowing what's coming.
You can't see anything. Your hearing is muffled. Your breathing is heated.
When something touches you, you're not sure what it is. The slap, touch, pinch is altered.

Still not intrigued?

Would you be willing to start with just the deprivation mask?
There are many varieties from completely restricted to ones which have 'air' holes.
Think of it as a few steps further than the mundane blindfold.

I sort of have an affinity for the animal shaped ones...

Maybe take baby steps in this field if you are hesitant about feeling closed off.
Masks period are fun. Begin with a fun half or 3/4 face mask before covering your whole head.
It's definitely a unique experience.
Maybe it's a limit/boundary you could try pushing.

Just for fun. This is one of me from years ago.
Now, I had to cut eyes in my suit eventually when I started using it for stage, but you get the idea.
(And sorry, here I had on another outfit underneath because I had a two minute change time)
But I was walked on my all fours on a leash across stage in this fun outfit..

Orgasms and Vibrators, a little history lesson.

A long time ago, in a century far away, women were believed to not have sex drive.
It was unheard of then for women to actually crave sex.
So when women of the Victorian Era would go to their doctor complaining of irritability, restlessness,  strange kinky daydreams, weird heavy feelings in their lower abdomen, and wetness between their legs, those smart medical gents dubbed these women afflicted with "hysteria."  (This comes from the Greek word for uterus.)

But ironically, women's sexual pleasure was the furthest thing from the minds of the male doctors who invented vibrators almost two centuries ago. They were interested in a labor-saving device to spare their hands the fatigue they developed giving handjobs to a steady stream of 19th century ladies who suffered from “hysteria,” a vaguely defined ailment easily recognizable today as sexual frustration.

So it seems that massages with happy endings are a long standing tonic for all sorts of ailments.
Thus Dr. J. Mortimer Granville invented a machine to save all of these weary doctors some time from patients v-jays everyday and probably their fingers and wrists from cramping.
However, the first medical vibrators were HUGE and could only be used in the office itself.
They were such a huge hit with the Victorian sexually frustrated ladies that they began to demand versions for their homes.

Now, I want to point out that phallic forms and devices were used long before this period, and encouraged to be used to relieve the tensions women had. However, the Victorian era was so straight-laced that any form of sexual self stimulation was deemed immoral.
I can only imagine that's why women went to their physicians because then it could not seem like a perverted proclivity, but an actual medical ailment.
It's just funny that some of the massage techniques employed by the doctors and nurses included oiling up their fingers to penetrate the ladies lovely vaginas while massaging their clitoral region with their hand. Luckily, the new vibrating hysteria machines were recognized as medicine for these ladies (married, widowed, single) who could not get their groove on with anyone else.
As vibration machines entered more houses, they became known for other uses as not to upset the delicate moral values of the time. I mean, we still see the ads for 'neck massagers.' My violet wand is advertised for better skin, reducing wrinkles even today!

So thank you Dr. J. Mortimer Granville for you spicy invention.
You bring so many of us relief, joy, reduced stress and better sleep!
The variety is endless.
Happy first day of Masturbation Month!
